My human calls this retrieving,  I just call it fun!

We started using something called a "dummy". It's still fun!

Now my human wants me to sit and watch it fly. He says it will help me see where it lands.  I'm trying to sit still, but I get excited =)

The obedience stuff may not be fun but playtime sure is! Today I am playing with mom and dad and also grandma Lily. Other days I play with my friends Hershey, Crystal and Gandalf. My human says playtime is as important as lesson time.

I am doing retrieves with my Grandma Lily. My human says this is called "honoring". I wait for my turn.

My human calls this device a retriever-trainer. It throws the dummy a lot farther. Just more fun!

I love to swim and I definitely love retrieving, but put them both together and it's the puppy equivalent of Disneyland! I think Grandma Lily got a little confused though on her double retrieve. Perhaps she thought it was supposed to be my turn on the second one.

Pantera's human here, I just wanted to let people know that I do not use the cattle prod on my dogs during training sessions or at all for that matter. I just have it for security in case of coyote or wild dog attacks.
